Each person age 18 and older must submit an application. There is a $45 application fee per person. This application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please be aware that if you fail to submit all your parties applications, or any of the required documents, your application will be marked as incomplete, your spot in line will not be held, and we will have to move on to the next applicant.

Once your application has been approved, you will be notified by DK Property Management. During this time no other application will be considered.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE PLACED WITHIN OUR OFFICE IN CERTIFIED FUNDS WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED TO ENSURE YOUR HOLD ON THE PROPERTY!
ONCE A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED, IT ACTS AS A BINDING AGREEMENT TO HOLD THE PROPERTY IN YOUR NAME. IF AT ANY POINT PRIOR TO MOVE-IN, YOU WITHDRAW YOUR APPLICATION, FAIL TO PAY FIRST MONTH’S RENT, OR FAIL TO SIGN THE LEASE, YOU WILL FORFEIT ANYWHERE FROM HALF TO ALL OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
** Additional Note for the latter applications that come in and do not get approved for the property, the applicant or agent will be notified so that other options can be pursued for the applicant.
Our application can only be completed online by clicking the "Apply Now" button next to the property you would like to apply for on our "Vacancies" page.
Our properties (with the exception of a few) are pet friendly! If one of our properties is NOT pet-friendly, it will be specifically noted in the property's listing description on our vacancies page.
We do have a $25-50 pet rent, per pet, per month.
We also have a 2 pet MAXIMUM for all of our properties.
Unfortunately, not all dog breeds are covered by our insurance. The following breeds are restricted from our properties:
